has today bought 10,000 shares in Ocean GeoLoop at an average price of NOK
27.868 per share. After the transaction, Agri AS holds 20,000 shares in Ocean

o Jan Arne Berg, Chief Construction Officer of Ocean GeoLoop, has today bought
3,500 shares in Ocean GeoLoop at an average price of NOK 27.939 per share. After
the transaction, Jan Arne Berg holds 78,500 shares in Ocean GeoLoop.
o Odd-Geir Lademo, Chief Executive Officer of Ocean GeoLoop, has today bought
20,000 shares in Ocean GeoLoop at an average price of NOK 28,000 per share.
