Ocean GeoLoop ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Ocean GeoLoop
ASA (the "Company") on 8 June 2026 and subsequent announcements regarding the
subsequent offering of up to 4,800,000 new shares in the Company at a
subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share (the "Subsequent Offering"). The
subscription period for the Subsequent Offering expired at 16:30 (CEST) on 22
June 2026. 

Kold Invest AS, a company closely associated with Martha Kold Monclair, Chair of
the Board and primary insider of the Company, has subscribed for 26,694 new
shares in the Subsequent Offering.
