Ocean GeoLoop ASA: New share capital

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Ocean GeoLoop ASA
(the "Company") on 5 June 2026 regarding the resolution by the Board of
Directors to issue 3,830,684 new shares in the Company (the "Underwriting
Commission Shares") to underwriters of the private placement announced on 12 May
2026, at the same subscription price as in the private placement (i.e. NOK 0.50
per share).
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Underwriting
Commission Shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 3,023,635.54
divided on 151,181,777 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.02
