Ocean GeoLoop ASA: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

(Verdal, July 1, 2026) The board of Ocean GeoLoop ASA (Ocean GeoLoop, OSE: OGL)
calls an Extraordinary General Meeting to elect a new Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors of the Company calls for an Extraordinary General Meeting
to be held on 15 July 2026 at 12:00 hours CEST. It is proposed that the general
meeting resolve to elect a new board of directors. 

The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on the premises of Schjødt in
Tordenskiolds gate 12, 0160 Oslo. Shareholders may also participate
electronically.

The notice with the agenda of the general meeting and proxy forms are attached
