Ocean GeoLoop: Minutes from extraordinary general meeting
(Verdal, 19 August 2022) The extraordinary general meeting of Ocean GeoLoop AS
("OGL") (OSE: OCEAN) to resolve the issuance of shares to Chevron U.S.A. Inc.
("Chevron") as part of Chevron's NOK ~100 million investment in OGL was held
today, 19 August 2022. The issuance of shares to Chevron, together with the
other matters on the agenda, was approved.
The minutes from the extraordinary general meeting are attached to this notice.
