On-time installation of Ocean GeoLoop's main carbon capture modules at Norske
Skog Skogn
(Verdal, 22. April 2022) Ocean GeoLoop AS (Ocean GeoLoop, OSE:OCEAN), the green
tech company developing multifunctional environmental technologies based on
nature's own processes, today announces the on-time installation of the main
modules for the carbon capture pilot at Norske Skog's factory in Skogn, Norway.
The company reiterates the target of pilot plant commencement during the summer
of 2022.
"We're pleased to announce the on-time installation of the main modules for the
carbon capture pilot at Norske Skog's factory in Skogn, representing a major
milestone for our end-of-pipe solution providing 100% clean carbon separation
and the ability to capture up to 100% of the CO2," says Odd-Geir Lademo, Chief
Executive Officer of Ocean GeoLoop.
Reference is made to the announcement by Norske Skog regarding its partnership
with Ocean GeoLoop and its ambition to become carbon negative. Ocean Geoloop has
installed the primary modules on-time at the Norske Skog facility. Following the
first installation, Ocean GeoLoop reiterates to commence full operations at the
pilot plant during the summer of 2022.

the Ocean GeoLoop team and our main sub-contractor Inrigo to deliver under
challenging circumstances during the pandemic. WeŽre now preparing for the
delivery of the control and utility units to complete the installation and we
reiterate the target of pilot plant start-up during the summer of 2022," Lademo
concludes.
