Kristin Åbyholm, member of the Board and primary insider in Ocean Sun AS (the
"Company") has 7th of October 2022 bought 12,000 shares in the Company at a
price of NOK 8.37 per share. In addition, Kvantia AS has 7th of October 2022
bought 205,715 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 8.37 per share. Kristin
Åbyholm represents Kvantia AS.

Following these transactions, Kristin Åbyholm holds 12,000 shares and Kvantia AS
holds 7,469,815 shares in Ocean Sun AS. In addition, Caaby AS, a related party
to Kristin Åbyholm, holds 585,700 shares in the Company (of which 50,000 shares
are lent out).
