Ocean Sun AS (the "Company") today announces the publication of an investor
presentation outlining the Company's executed strategic direction, which is
attached to this announcement.
 
The subscription period for the ongoing share issue has now opened, and
investors are invited to subscribe for shares in the offering. The share issue
is open to both existing shareholders and new investors.
Existing shareholders will, however, be given priority in the allocation of
shares, in accordance with the terms set out in the offering materials.

Shareholders and other investors who wish to participate in the offering are
