Ocean Yield AS has today notified Nordic Trustee, who is acting as bond trustee
for the above-mentioned bond issue, that the Company exercises the call option
in accordance with the bond agreement. 



Redemption amount: All Outstanding Bonds

Redemption price: 101.48% of the Nominal Amount for each redeemed Bond plus
accrued and unpaid interest

Record Date: 18 September 2025

Call Option Repayment Date: 22 September 2025
