Reference is made to the announcement published by Ocean Yield AS ("Ocean Yield"
or the "Company") on 17 August 2026 regarding summons for written resolutions to
the bondholders in the Company's bond issues OCY 11 (ISIN NO0013321364), OCY 12
(ISIN NO0013639062) and OCY 13 (ISIN NO0013737098).
The Proposed Resolutions (as defined in the Notices) were adopted according to
the voting requirements of the Bond Terms for the bond issues OCY 12 (ISIN
NO0013639062) and OCY 13 (ISIN NO0013737098). The Bond Trustee is authorised to
take the necessary actions to implement the Proposed Resolutions.
Regarding the bond issue OCY 11 (ISIN NO0013321364), the Bond Trustee did not
receive votes from a sufficient number of Voting Bonds to form a quorum, and no
valid resolution was made. However, the Proposed Resolution (as defined in the
Notice) obtained 60% of the votes.
