OCY: Purchase of shares for the employee incentive program

Reference is made to Ocean Yield ASA's ("Ocean Yield" or "Company") stock
exchange notice on 27 August 2019 where the Company announced its intention to
purchase up to 150,000 treasury shares in connection with its incentive scheme
for employees. Ocean Yield has on 30 August 2019 purchased 37,500 shares in the
Company on Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 51.2185 per share,
which implies a total consideration of NOK 1,920,694. The purchase of treasury
shares was carried out in accordance with an authorization granted by the Annual
General Meeting of the Company on 25 April 2019.
Following the transaction, the Company holds a total of 121,521 treasury shares.
