OCY: Summons for written resolutions

Ocean Yield AS ("Ocean Yield" or the "Company") announces that Nordic Trustee AS
has today issued summons for written resolutions to the bondholders in the
Company's bond issues OCY 11 (ISIN NO0013321364), OCY 12 (ISIN NO0013639062) and
OCY 13 (ISIN NO0013737098).

As announced on 2 July 2026, a subsidiary of A.P. Møller Holding A/S will
acquire 100% of the shares in Ocean Yield from funds managed by KKR. The
acquisition is being made through APMH Invest A/S ("APMH"), acting via its
subsidiary APMH Invest 45 ApS. Upon closing, APMH will indirectly obtain
Decisive Influence over the Company. The transaction is expected to close on or
around 21 August 2026.

The Company is requesting bondholders to approve APMH Invest A/S as an "Equity
Investor" pursuant to the relevant bond terms. For complete details, please
