Odfjell Technology Ltd is pleased to report its financial and operational
results for the three months period ended 31st December 2023.

Simen Lieungh, Chief Executive Officer Odfjell Technology AS, remarked that "We
are delighted with the performance for both this quarter and for the full year
2023. Our revenue has grown by 29% and our EBITDA has grown by 25% in 2023
compared to 2022, which is the result of strong performance and improved
activity levels in all regions and segments. 

In 2023, we have demonstrated the ability to convert our earnings to free cash
and have strengthened our balance sheet, providing us the flexibility to act and
invest in accordance with our long term strategy."

Concluded the year with another strong quarterly financial performance -
significant free cash flow due to working capital improvements
