Odfjell Technology Ltd is pleased to report its financial and operational
results for the three-month period ended 30th June 2024.
Q2 Highlights:
- Revenue of NOK 1,359m, up 7.9% YoY
- EBITDA of NOK 221m, up 4.2% YoY
- EBIT of NOK 139m, up 14.8% YoY
- Net profit of NOK 88m, up 11.3% YoY
- Leverage ratio of 0.7X
- Available liquidity of NOK 846m
- Backlog of NOK 13.4bn
- Q2 dividend of NOK 45m - up NOK 10m on previous quarter

CEO Odfjell Technology AS Simen Lieungh commented:
"I appreciate the efforts put in by our teams who have delivered good
operational and financial performance leading to continued growth. We have
delivered an EBITDA growth of 7% this first half compared to same period last
year.
The order backlog remains robust. In this quarter bp and Equinor, two
significant contracts in the UK, exercised options which firms up our backlog.
The market fundamentals remain strong and we expect that to continue. Odfjell
Technology has a strong balance sheet and is well positioned for continued
growth in the coming years."

and SVP Finance & Investor Relations Gert Haugland, of Odfjell Technology AS
