Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 16 November 2022
regarding a potential block sale of existing shares in Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp
(the "Company") by QVT Family Office Fund LP (the "Seller", and along with its
manager QVT Financial LP and other affiliated entities, "QVT") through a private
placement (the "Offering").

The Seller has successfully sold 415,000 shares in the Company (equal to approx.
1.26% of the Company's outstanding shares) at NOK 177 per share. 

Following completion of the Offering, the Seller holds 2,101,386 shares in the
Company (equal to approx. 6.39% of the Company's outstanding shares). The Seller
has entered into a 90-day customary lock-up with the Manager on the remaining
shares in the Company held by the Seller after the Offering.

The notification of allocation in the Offering is expected to be communicated on
or about 17 November 2022 (trade date). The settlement in the Offering is
expected to take place on or about 21 November 2022 (settlement date) on a
delivery versus payment basis (DVP T+2).

The Seller is represented on the Company's Board of Directors by QVT's CEO,
Daniel Gold, who reiterates his long-term commitment to the Company and to
serving on its Board of Directors.

Pareto Securities acted as manager in the Offering (the "Manager").
