Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (the "Company" or "OET") today announced that John
Papaioannou, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to step down from his position
effective September 1, 2021 to pursue opportunities outside of crude tanker
shipping. The Board of Directors of OET (the "Board") has appointed Thalia
Kalafati, Treasurer, to serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer until a
suitable replacement for Mr. Papaioannou is found. Mrs. Kalafati previously
served as Chief Financial Officer and guided the Company through its listing on
the Euronext Growth (ex-Merkur Market) in July 2018.
