Oslo, Norway, 10 November 2023: Omda AS ("Omda") has mandated Carnegie AS and
DNB Markets, as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor
meetings commencing, Friday 10 November 2023. A new NOK 500 million 5-year
senior secured floating rate bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market
conditions. Net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be used to
refinance the existing senior secured bond issue with the ticker "OMDA01" (ISIN
NO0010893738) and for general corporate purposes.

In conjunction with the contemplated bond issue, Omda will offer a conditional
buyback of OMDA01, contingent upon subscription in the new bond. Subject to
completion of the contemplated bond issue, Omda will call the remaining net
outstanding amount of OMDA01 in whole.
