Omda AS today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Dermicus
AB, following the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. This
acquisition, first announced on 20 December 2024, further strengthens the
groupŽs position in the Nordic market for advanced medical imaging solutions.
