20 November 2023 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 17 November
2023 where Omda AS announced the completion of a new senior secured bond issue
of NOK 500 million with maturity date on 4 December 2028. In conjunction with
the bond issue, the company has bought back NOK 205.75 million of the
outstanding bond OMDA01 (ISIN NO0010893738) at a price of 101.375% of par. Omda
will call the remaining net outstanding amount of OMDA01 in whole.
