Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 26 April 2022, regarding
the minutes of the annual general meeting of the Company held on the same day. 

The general meeting approved the conversion of the company to a public limited
liability company (ASA), and the corresponding bonus issue in connection with
the conversion. The resolutions have now been registered in the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises, following which the new name of the Company is
Otovo ASA and its registered share capital is NOK 1,345,677.470 divided into
134,567,747 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
