Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 10 November 2023
calling for an extraordinary general meeting in Otovo ASA ("Otovo" or the
"Company"). 

The extraordinary general meeting was held today on 1 December 2023 at 09:00
hours (CET) as a digital meeting. All resolutions proposed by the board of
directors were approved, including the share capital increase in connection with
the private placement which was completed on 9 November 2023. 

The minutes of the extraordinary general meeting are attached hereto.
