Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Otovo ASA ("Otovo") on
10 January 2024 regarding the Company's board of directors' resolution to issue
364,944 new shares in connection with the subsequent offering that was completed
that day.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 364,944 new shares in
the subsequent offering has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). 

The Company's new share capital is NOK 2,795,895.24 divided into 279,589,524
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
