On 24 November the following primary insiders in Otovo have bought shares:

- Board chairman, Peter Mellbye 57.306 shares
- Board member, Stine Halla 28.653 shares
- Board member, Zoë Wyon 14.326 shares

The shares purchased were sold by Simvest AS, a close associate of primary
insider Simen Fure Jørgensen, co-founder and Chief Product Officer, that sold a
total of 114.611 shares. Other Otovo employees bought the remainder of the
shares sold by Simvest AS (14.326 shares).

The required PDMR forms for the purchase and the sales will be published as soon
as possible.
