of Gjeraker and Wachtmeister:

executives to head our Scandinavian markets. Silje and Vida are experienced
managers with demonstrated ability to build high performing teams. They also

Sile Gjeraker will join Otovo to be General Manager of Norway. She comes from
Wolt, one of the world's leading commerce platforms. Silje has been Head of
Operations and Head of Customer & Partner Experience for the last 3 years. In
this period, Wolt Norway has grown significantly becoming the leading commerce
platform in Norway. Prior to Wolt, Silje has more than 12 years of experience
across various companies within the Finance, Telecom and Restaurant sector,
mostly in a fast growth/scale up environment and in companies with a strong
competitive landscape.

amazing company. I've been following Otovo from the start, and been impressed at

Vida Wachtmeister takes on the position of General Manager of Sweden. She has
been country Manager for Sweden & Denmark in PlusDental, a Germany headquartered
health-tech company within dentistry with multinational presence. In her time at
PlusDental Vida has been instrumental in the company's successful Scandinavian
expansion. Prior to PlusDental, Vida has 10 years of managerial experience
previously from Free Now/myTaxi and Samsung Nordic's Telecom business. 

- I'm excited to become a part of Otovo's strong team with the clear mission of
installing solar panels and batteries in every home in Europe. It will be
fulfilling to use my previous experiences, in fast growing start-up/scale-up
businesses and from driving growth within competitive marketplaces, to support
and accelerate the transition to renewable energy. I'm impressed by how the
Otovo marketplace makes it easier and more affordable to go solar. I'm very much
looking forward to leading Otovo in Sweden, Wachtmeister remarks.

Gjeraker and Wachtmeister will report to Paulina Ackermann as Managing Director
of Northern Europe. They will join Otovo on September 1st and will work out of
Otovo's Oslo and Stockholm offices respectively.
