Hamilton, Bermuda, 26 March 2026 - Please find attached a summons for a written
resolution (the "Summons") in respect of the 9.50% USD 500,000,000 senior
secured bonds 2024/2029 with ISIN NO0013256099 issued by Paratus Energy Services
Ltd. (the "Company"). The purpose of the written resolution is to request the
bondholders' approval for certain amendments to the bond terms in connection
with the transaction announced by the Company on 23 March 2026. Please see the
attached Summons for further background and a complete and detailed description
of the proposed resolutions.
