John M. Edminson and PatientSky have mutually agreed that Mr. Edminson will
leave his position as CFO. The process to find a new CFO has started and Mr.
Edminson will stay on until a successor is in place and will assist in the
hand-over.

At the same time PatientSky Group is pleased to announce the appointment of
Pelle Rosell as Chief Marketing Officer for PatientSky Group and Egil Natvik
Noen as Chief Commercial Officer with responsibility for mobile apps.
