Oslo, November 17, 2020 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated
16 November 2020. PatientSky Group AS ("PatientSky") is pleased to announce the
pricing of its NOK 225 million senior secured bonds maturing in 2024. The
inaugural bond issue received substantial investor interest. 

Net proceeds from the bond issue will be used for refinancing of existing debt
and general corporate purposes.

Carnegie AS and DNB Markets acted as joint lead managers in connection with the
bond issue. An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Nordic
ABM.
