Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 28th April 2023 where
the EGM approved the name change of PatientSky Group AS to CodeLab Capital AS.
The name change is now also approved by the Register of Business Enterprises.
The new homepage for the company is codelabcapital.com. As part of the name
change the company will also receive a new ticker "CODE" with effect in a few
days.
