PatientSky Group AS (PSKY NO, the Company) has appointed Christoffer Mathiesen
as new CFO of the Company effective from November 1st 2021. Mathiesen succeeds
Stian Husvaeg who has been interim CFO since February.

Christoffer Mathiesen joins PatientSky from his current position as Director
with DNB Markets. He has over 16 years of experience from investment banking
with main focus on TMT sectors. Mathiesen brings a strong and dedicated business
mindset with vast experience in capital market transactions, cross-border M&As,
IPOs and investor communication. Christoffer brings a hands-on approach and is
expected to be actively involved in the execution of PatientSky's strategy.

Stian has been an instrumental part of setting the structure for international

Mathiesen and finalise key projects.
