We are pleased to announce that Anne Räsänen has been appointed the Global Head
of our new PaaS Business Unit. Anne Räsänen who has until now been CEO of
PatientSky Finland will continue to be a member of PatientSky Group leadership
team and will report to the Group CEO.

Räsänen joined PatientSky in March 2020 from TietoEvry (OMXHelsinki: Tieto)
where she led Public and Healthcare Industry Group in Tieto Finland and, most
recently, a new Public and Healthcare Advisory unit in Industry Software at
TietoEvry.
