(Oslo, Norway, 27 October 2020): Jesper Melin Ganc-Petersen, chairman of the
board of directors of PatientSky Group AS ("PatientSky"), has on 26 October
2020, through his wholly owned company Codee Holding AS, acquired 250,000 shares
in PatientSky at an average price of NOK 9.40 per share. Following this
transaction, Jesper Melin Ganc-Petersen will hold 70,610,827 shares in
PatientSky through Codee Holding AS.
