PatientSky execute the first phase in their "Everyone to the Cloud" strategy

PatientSky Group AS (ticker: PSKY) announces End of Life (EOL) for ProMed as the
on-premise solution is no longer adequate and sufficient for the needs of modern
healthcare practice. PatientSky offers all ProMed users to onboard PatientSky
Clinic at an initial discount in order to reap the benefits of the
state-of-the-art cloud-based EHR-solution for therapists in Norway.

The ProMed EOL is also a significant step in consolidating PatientSky's product
portfolio in order to have more resources available to focus and service the
company's SaaS flagship products: PatientSky Clinic dedicated to therapists, as
well as Hove Total and Infodoc SKY to GPs.
