shares in PatientSky AS at an average price of NOK 3,8362 per share. Following
the transaction Egil Natvik Hoen and related parties hold 150.000 shares in the
Company, corresponding to 0,075% of the outstanding shares.
In addition, Egil holds 300.000 options through the employee option program.
