With reference to the dividend information announced on 3 August 2026, the
shares in Pelagic Credit Plc (ticker: PLGC) will be traded ex-dividend of USD
0.04 per share (NOK 0.38 per share) from today, 5 August 2026.
Payments in respect of shares registered with Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS)
will be made in NOK following conversion from USD by Nordic Trustee Services AS,
the Company's VPS Registrar. The final NOK amount per share will be communicated
separately once determined. Payment is expected to be made on or about 13 August
2026.
