Pelagic Credit Plc - Key information relating to the cash dividend

Limassol, Cyprus, 3 August 2026

Reference is made to Pelagic Credit Plc's ("Pelagic Credit" or the "Company")
announcement today of its second quarter of 2026 results. On 31 July 2026, the
Board of Directors resolved to declare the Company's first interim dividend in
the aggregate amount of USD 1,480,000, corresponding to USD 0.04 per share based
on 37,000,000 issued shares.

Ex-date: 5 August 2026
Record date: 6 August 2026
Payment date: On or about 13 August 2026
Date of approval: 31 July 2026

Other information: The dividend has been declared in USD. Payments in respect of
shares registered with Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS) will be made in NOK,
following conversion from USD by Nordic Trustee Services AS, the Company's VPS
Registrar, in accordance with the applicable payment arrangements.

Based on the USD/NOK exchange rate published by Norges Bank on 31 July 2026, the
dividend corresponds to approximately NOK 0.38 per share. The dividend has been
declared in USD, and the final NOK amount payable through Euronext Securities
Oslo (VPS) will be determined based on the exchange rate applied by Nordic
Trustee prior to payment and may therefore differ.
