Reference is made to the 2024 Q4 Quarterly Report published by Pexip Holding ASA
("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) yesteday, 13 February 2025.
Key information relating to the proposed cash dividend paid by the Company for
2024, subject to approval from the General Meeting on April 25, 2025:
o Dividend amount: NOK 2.5 per share
o Last day including right to dividends: 25 April 2025
o Ex-date: 28 April 2025
o Record date: 29 April 2025
o Payment date: 7 May 2025
The dividend will be structured as a repayment of paid-in capital.
