notified that the following Primary Insiders has purchased shares in the Company
today, 14 February 2024.

Geir Olsen, Board member and primary insider in Pexip has purchased 200,000
shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 24.53 per share through Andenes
Investments SL, which is controlled by Geir Olsen. After the transaction Andenes
Investments SL holds 1,178,312 shares in Pexip.

Patricia Auseth, Chief Marketing Officer and primary insider in Pexip has
purchased 3,400 shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK 25.4 per share.
After the transaction, she will hold 20,610 shares and rights to 255,000 shares.
