notified that Trond K. Johannessen, CEO and primary insider in Pexip today, 16
August 2024, has purchased 12,000 shares in Pexip for an average price of NOK
33.44 per share. 

After the transaction, Johannessen will hold 152,000 shares and rights to
670,000 shares.
