Oslo, Norway, November 6, 2025 - Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company",
Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP), today presented its quarterly results for the third
quarter of 2025. Key highlights for the quarter include:
 
- Q3 2025 revenue of NOK 266 million, up 16% y-o-y. 

- Pexip's subscription base measured in ARR was USD 122.2 million at the end of
Q3 2025, up 12% y-o-y. 

- Growth driven by Secure and Custom where ARR grew 30% year-on-year, with key
wins in Defense, Healthcare and Government. Connected Spaces ARR grew 0%
year-on-year.

- EBITDA excluding other gains and losses amounted to NOK 52 million, up from
NOK 18 million in the same quarter last year. EBITDA including other gains and
losses amounted to NOK 48 million, up from NOK 15 million in the same quarter
last year. 

- Free cash flow of NOK 29 million in the quarter, up from NOK 7 million in Q3
2024, with a cash and money market fund position of NOK 526 million and no
material interest-bearing debt exiting Q3 2025. Pexip bought back shares for NOK
42 million in Q3 2025, completing its NOK 100 million buyback program.

- ARR outlook for Q4 2025 of USD 124-127 million.

in an significant margin expansion, taking another step towards reaching our
