Proximar Seafood AS (the "Company") has been notified by board member, Anders
Ombustvedt, that he will be resigning from the board of directors with effect
from 14 December 2023 for personal reasons. 
 
The remaining board of four directors complies with the board composition
requirements, but election of an additional member to the board will be
considered.   
 
The Company wants to thank Anders Ombustvedt for his services and contributions
to the Company as a board member.
