The attached information document (the "Information Document") has been prepared
by Proximar Seafood AS (the "Company") solely for the use in connection with the
admission to trading of all its shares on Euronext Growth (Oslo) ("Euronext
Growth"). First day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Growth will
be 3 February 2021.
ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Pareto Securities AS have acted as Euronext Growth
advisors. Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS has acted as legal advisor to the
Company, while Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm AS has acted as legal advisor to the
Euronext Growth advisors in connection with the admission to trading of the
shares on Euronext Growth.
