admission to trading of all its shares on Euronext Growth (Oslo) ("Euronext
Growth"). First day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Growth will
be 3 February 2021.

Proximar Seafood is a Norwegian land-based salmon farming company with its first
production facility under construction at the foot of Mount Fiji in Japan.
