Yokohama/Bergen, 8 October 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement published by Proximar Seafood AS (the "Company") on 6 October 2025
regarding the final result of the rights issue in the Company (the "Rights
Issue") and the delivery of 13,500,000 new shares to the underwriters in the
Rights Issue (the "Underwriting Commission Shares") as settlement for having
underwritten a total amount of NOK 150 million in the Rights Issue.
Certain close associates of primary insiders of the Company have subscribed for
and will receive Underwriting Commission Shares:
Kvasshøgdi AS, a company closely associated to Per Grieg Jr., Member of the
Board of Directors of the Company, has subscribed for and will receive 450,000
Underwriting Commission Shares.
Joachim WG AS, a company closely associated to Per Greig Jr., Member of the
Board of Directors of the Company, has subscribed for and will receive 270,000
Underwriting Commission Shares.
