Proximar Seafood AS: Updated company presentation in relation to strategic review

Yokohama/Bergen, 11 September 2026: Proximar Seafood AS (the "Company") has
today published an updated company presentation on its website, also attached
hereto. 

The presentation will be used in meetings with potential long-term investors as
part of the previously communicated strategic review process initiated to
strengthen and position Proximar for the future and address the longer-term
financing of the Company. 

The Company will provide further updates on the progress of the strategic review
in due course.

About Proximar Seafood
Proximar Seafood is a Norwegian land-based salmon farming company with its first
production facility and production at the foot of Mount Fuji in Japan. The
