Pryme N.V. - CEO announcement

Rotterdam, 18 February 2026

Mr. Guus Lemmers has tendered his resignation as Pryme N.V.'s CEO for personal
reasons with immediate effect. The supervisory board of Pryme N.V. (the
"Company") thanks Guus for his leadership of Pryme since 3 September 2025 and
wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.

The Company's supervisory board has appointed Mr. Benoît Morelle interim CEO of
Pryme N.V., effective today 18 February 2026. Mr. Morelle has acted as the
Company's interim CEO from 8 March until 3 September 2025 and the supervisory
board is confident of Benoît's capability to navigate the Company's technical,
organizational and strategic challenges going forward.

The Company will advise on the recruitment process for the nomination of a CEO
on a permanent basis in due course.
