Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Pryme N.V.
("Pryme" or the "Company") on 28 May 2025 announcing the publication of a
national prospectus and the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering").

The subscription period in the Subsequent Offering commences today, 30 May 2025
at 09:00 (CEST), and ends on 17 June 2025 at 16:30 (CEST).
