Pryme N.V. - notification of primary insider transactions on the vesting of LTI
awards

Rotterdam, 6 May 2026

Today, partial vesting took place of the awards under Pryme N.V.'s long-term
incentive plans for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025.

The attached table, including the MAR notification forms, gives an overview of
the number of restricted stock units (RSUs) and stock options that vested on May
6 May 2026 for the benefit of LTI participants (or their close associates) that
are classified as Pryme primary insiders. It also gives an overview of the
instructions for sale of shares by primary insiders on 6 May 2026 in order to
cover income taxes.

The shares for the vested RSUs were delivered to the LTI participants (or their
close associates) through the issuance of new shares as was announced by the
company today, 6 May 2026, in a separate publication.
