Pryme production volume update
Rotterdam, 1 September 2025
During August 2025, Pryme (the "Company") produced approximately 50 metric tons
of pyrolysis oil. The exact figures will be included in the Company's quarterly
report for Q3 2025.
The August 2025 production volume was below expectations due to a series of
repairs on the reactor sealing system, heating circuits, and insulation. The
repairs required cooling down, fixing, and reheating the reactor, resulting in
lengthy downtimes. The production is expected to resume during the first week of
September, after which the Company will continue its testing, debottlenecking,
and optimization program.
The Company maintains its production volume guidance for Q3 and Q4, 2025 as
provided in the 2025 Half Year Report, albeit while expecting production volumes
towards the lower end of the stated ranges: 900-1,600 tons in Q3 and 1,200-2,100
tons in Q4, 2025. If further interventions require cooling down of the reactor
or if other unforeseen production interruptions are experienced in September
2025, reaching the lower end of production volume guidance from the 2025 Half
Year Report would be unlikely.
