Questback Group AS (the "Company") refers to the update given in its interim
financial report for Q3 2022 regarding the Company's need for a strengthening of
the balance sheet. The Company continues to engage in a constructive dialogue
with the lender under its bond loan agreement and expects to provide a further
update in due course. In light of such ongoing discussions, the Company will
postpone its approval and publishing of its audited financial statement for
2022.
