As described in the annual report and the Q1 2022 report, Questback Group's
("the Group") aggressive growth plans require strengthening of the liquidity
position of the Group. Following discussions with the main shareholder and
lender, the Group has today informed Nordic Trustee that the Group will elect to
use the toggle option as described in the bond agreement (ISIN NO0011041584)
transforming payment-in-cash interests for the second quarter of 2022 to
payment-in-kind.
