Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Questback
Group AS (the "Company") on 9 November 2023, regarding the transaction involving
the sale of 75% of the shares in the Company's operational subsidiary Questback
AS (the "Transaction"). The board of directors hereby calls for the annual
general meeting of the Company with proposed resolutions to approve the
Transaction and apply for a de-listing of the Company's shares from Euronext
Growth Oslo. Approval of the Company's annual report, remuneration to the
auditor, board remuneration and indemnification of the board is also on the
agenda.
The notice with the board of directors' proposal for resolutions is attached
hereto. Relevant documents referred to in the notice are also made available on
